Accommodation

The Congress Organizing Committee has carefully selected a range of hotels located within close proximity to the Congress venue, Tyrš House, to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for all participants. These hotels offer a balance of quality, accessibility, and value, and are available as part of a 4-night package (13–17 May 2026) that can be booked directly through the online registration system.

All hotel options have been vetted and reserved at preferential rates, inclusive of breakfast, VAT, and city tax. Participants will be able to select their preferred accommodation during the registration process – no separate booking is needed.

We strongly recommend early booking, as availability is limited and rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important information

Please note that the price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees.

All bookings require full pre-payment for final confirmation.

Extra hotel expenses (e.g. minibar, room service) must be settled directly at check-out. Hotels may request a credit card pre-authorization or deposit upon arrival.

All rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast, 12% VAT and city tax. Should VAT or city tax change before the beginning of the Congress, the Congress Secretariat will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new rate.

To make a hotel reservation, simply complete the Online Accommodation Form, which is the part of the Congress Registration Form. Your reservation will be confirmed by email after full payment is received. Please ensure that payment is made by the stated deadline to secure your selected hotel and room type.

Please note: All bookings must be made through the Congress system. Kindly do not contact hotels directly.

Invoicing & Payment Allocation

After submitting your registration, you will receive a proforma invoice with the amount due together with registration fee. Once payment is received, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment within 14 days, which also serves as the official tax invoice.

Payment Methods

Accommodation must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Bank Transfer

Bank details, including your unique 10-digit payment identifier, will be automatically emailed to you after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note:

• Bank transfer payments will be accepted until 30 April 2026
• After this date, only credit/debit card payments will be accepted
• Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender

Cancellation conditions

The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation and no show of a hotel reservation.

In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12:00 (noon) of the day following the date of expected arrival; after that the room will be released. Please inform the Congress Secretariat of any change in your arrival as soon as possible.
