Registration fees include 21 % VAT according to Czech legislation.

Payments must be received by the deadline for each pricing tier. Late payments will be charged at the next rate.

How to Register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of four easy steps:

  1.  Fill out the Personal data form and receive your login credentials
  2.  Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee category
  3.  Select your accommodation: Registration can be completed as a package including accommodation. You will be able to select your preferred hotel during the registration process.

  4.  Proceed to payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer

For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the TAFISA 2026 Secretariat at tafisa2026@guarant.cz.

Payment Methods

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Bank Transfer

Bank details, including your unique 10-digit payment identifier, will be automatically emailed to you after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note:

  • Bank transfer payments will be accepted until 30 April 2026
  • After this date, only credit/debit card payments will be accepted
  • Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender

Invoicing & Payment Allocation

After submitting your registration, you will receive a proformainvoice with the amount due. Once payment is received, youwill receive a receipt confirming your paymentwithin 14 days,which also serves as the official tax invoice.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to tafisa2026@guarant.cz. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received Refund
until 13 January 2026 full refund of the registration fee
14 January – 31 March 2026 50 % of the registration fee
from 1 April 2026 no refund

In case of excessive modifications to a registration (e.g. repeated name changes, accommodation changes, etc.), GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 EUR.

Visa Requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be issued only after registration is complete and payment has been received. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
